Why should I take out a short term payday loan with

Short term payday loans are designed to help out when there is a sudden and unexpected need for extra money. For example, if payday is still a week away but you have run out of money for the gas meter. Whatever you need the money for, a payday loan is here to help.

How does it work?

Short term payday loans are in effect quick cash transfers when you need them. The process of getting the cash is simple and is as follows:

  • Fill in the application form, which you can find on our website.
  • Go through our verification process including background and credit checks and an affordability assessment
  • When you need a cash loan, make a loan request at
  • Funds will be deposited to your bank account within our office hours

Do I have to pay to register?

There are no registration fees. During our verification process we need to charge and then refund about £1 on your debit card. You must therefore ensure that during this time your registered bank account is in credit.

Who can get a loan?

You must be at least 18 years old, be a UK resident, with a bank account, debit card, mobile number and an email account. You must also have enough money to repay the loan on the agreed date. If you do not think you will be able to repay your loan on time then please do not apply.

What information do I need to provide?

In order to process your application we will need the following:

  • Personal information
  • Details of your income
  • Your bank details

This allows us to confirm your identity and make our internal checks. During our authorisation process we assess whether our service is the right one for you. It also helps us with the collection of loan repayments and ensures speed and security. It is very important that the information you provide is up to date and accurate.

I have an existing loan with another provider; can I still register with you?

Yes you can, but please bear in mind that we offer short term loans which are designed to be a temporary solution for urgent, unexpected expenses. They are not designed to be a long term financial solution. Please remember that you will have to repay a loan after seven days.

Do I have to have a computer when applying to you?

No. All you need is internet access. Therefore if you have an internet enabled phone you will be able to register.

I don't have a bank account of my own, is this an issue?

You must have a bank account of your own to get a loan. This is because, for legal reasons, we cannot supply our services to anyone operating an account for a third party. You must use your own account and registered debit card on your application form.

Can I use a credit or cash card to register?

Do I have to pay by debit card?

All loan repayments must be settled using the debit card registered to you. We are unable to accept any other form of repayment such as cheque or credit card. Can I use different debit cards to make loan repayments?

Yes. Just inform us of your new card details and we'll verify your new card.

I tried to repay my loan online, but the payment failed.

There are two main reasons why this might have occurred:

  • When we tried to collect your loan, your bank may have denied the request. The usual reason for this is that either the bank blocked the transaction or there is not enough money in the account to honour the request. Please make sure you have enough money in your account to cover the repayment and contact the bank to authorise the payment.
  • Your debit card details may have changed. If this is the case please email as at or call us on 0207 193 1558 (10p/min) as soon as possible so we can update your account details. Please note that our terms and conditions state that we can only accept repayments from the personal debit card which you have registered with us. How is the money sent to me?

We use the Faster Payment system to transfer loan advances. Please note that while most larger financial institutions operate this system, which allows you to access your money within 2 hours, some smaller banks have yet to implement it. In such cases it can take up to three days for the loan money to arrive in an account. We will inform you if this applies to you so you can plan accordingly.

How do I know when the loan money is in my bank account?

As soon as we have authorised the bank transfer we will let you know by text and by email. However you should be aware that this does not always mean that you will be able to instantly access the money. The amount of time this takes depends on your bank – some will give instant access, others have a two hour waiting period. If your bank does not use the fast transfer system, then the delay could be longer still – up to three days. However rest assured that we will inform you if this is the case so that you can plan accordingly.

How long will I have to wait for the loan money once I have requested it?

If you request your loan during our normal working hours, we'll make the loan transfer shortly after receiving your request. In fact how fast you get the money depends on your bank rather than us! Some banks will give instant access; others have a two hour waiting period. If your bank does not use the fast transfer system, then the delay could be longer still – up to three days. However rest assured that we will inform you if this is the case so that you can plan accordingly. If you apply outside our office hours (standard working hours Monday-Friday), then you will have to wait as we only authorise loans during working hours.

Can I get a loan on public or bank holidays?

No, as we only operate during standard working hours Monday-Friday. How fast you get the money actually depends on your bank rather than us.
